The Shortstop II will simultaneously blend two aggregates, cement and water, to produce concrete in most any formulation required. Available in a dry belt loading system as shown or a wet hydrating auger system. Designed specifically for batching rotating drum trailer mixers and small ready mix trucks. The Shortstop II features two 8 cubic yard aggregate hoppers constructed of 1/4" steel, 6" X 6" X 1/4" steel tube frame, two each 1 hp vibrators on each aggregate bin to insure even material flow, heavy duty metering conveyors located under each hopper with 1-1/2 HP gear reduction drives. 220 barrel low profile cement silo with EPA approved bag house are standard equipment. Simple computer batch control with LED screen will batch most any mixture in 1/4 yard increments. Built to last with quality components and designed for ease in maintenance. |
